The resizable text box will be awesome. There is nothing worse than some lame brain web designer that only lets you see one or two lines at a time when you need to see a lot more.

4.3.1 is terrible on the 4th gen iPod touches. Home screen animations lag and more often than not skip totally. battery life is down, apps from the multitasking tray aren't usable upon switching to them for a few seconds - it's just terrible.
Thankfully, I had been jailbroken so I'm back on 4.2.1.

If they are willing to sell the product at a $100 loss, that's their choice. You may not have a warranty, etc, because they aren't "authorized" by Apple as a price-controlled reseller, but that doesn't mean it's illegal for them to sell it.
I sold my iPad on craigslist at a loss. I'm not authorized to do that and Steve doesn't care.

Every time there's a patent or copyright article and people go off the deep end calling these companies crazy/evil, etc, I wish the article would indicate the fact that they are actually required to do so or risk losing their patent/trademarks. Doesn't even matter if they want to or not.

Can anybody tell me for sure if I will lose all my rollover minutes if I make the change online? I have 5 lines on a family plan and I know that I have to make the change on all 5 lines manually which I am ok with. Can somebody verify for me that nothing will change on my account such as losing rollover mins, losing corporate FAN discount, losing anything else? I simply want to change Unlimited family text to unlimited family text plus unlimited any M2M. Whenever I do an online chat with a rep or call, they always tell me I need to 'update' my plan or something (I am on a family talk 1400 plan). I don't see a reason for this but they always tell me when I 'update', i'll lose all my rollover mins so I have not 'updated'....obviously and no ill effects as of yet.

She then gave me 5,000 minutes and I was happy with that.

I don't think the person you are responding to was equating homosexuality with anything. If you've ever given blood, which I have many times, you would know that you have to fill out a form every time which asks you questions based on high-risk behaviors, including sex-for-money, intravenous drug use, and male-to-male sex. They are in no way equated.
Except that the question "male to male sex" is discriminatory. It doesn't ask you "received anal sex", it asks you about your sexual orientation. Plain and simple, discriminatory and non-scientific because male-to-female sex has the exact same risks.

The truth is that humans don't "live in peace". Our whole existance is actually due to the fact that we kill eachother. Otherwise, we would just be like any other lower animal.

If anything I'm seeing that this will push resale value of iPhones up.
Of course it sucks, but I don't upgrade early so unless they increase the non early upgrade costs this won't apply to a lot of us.

You dont understand how OS version works? The newest version runs ALL software for the OS. Android 2.3 does exactly that. Of course an app written for 2.3 wont run on 1.6. Thats just common sense.

Any comments I make toward anyone are based on their actions, and the actions of any particular group to which they may belong that attacks people like me. If you find that to be disrespectful, well then I don't know what to tell you. There are plenty of people here who do that just as much as, if not more, than I.
Some of us are sick of taking crap from the majority and refuse to sit still for it any longer. I'm ****ing tired of it after 25 years of fighting it. Deal with it or don't. The choice is yours. But don't expect me to there and take it if someone calls me ****** or anything like that. I'm not going to. No more Mr Nice Gay. If social conservatives, such as some Christians and Republicans, want respect, they could start by showing a little- something they have NEVER done for us, no matter how much we've tried.
